Q: How do I make/receive calls with the Tensky C21 smartwatch?

• First of all, please make sure to connect our smartwatch through the “FitCloudPro” App

1. Turn on the “Bluetooth” function of your phone.
2. Open “Google Play” or “App Store”.
3. Search for and download the “FitCloudPro” APP.
4. Open the app, click on “Add Device”, find “C21” and attach it.

• Next, Follow the steps below to enable the answer/call function.

1. Swipe to the right from the submenu of the fitness watch, click on the call icon, and turn on the “Audio mode”.
2. Open the Phone “settings” and turn on the “Bluetooth” function.
3. Locate “C21(CALL)” and click to connect.
4. Once connected, you can use the watch to answer/make calls at any time.
